At American Company, we are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our business operates through two specialized divisions:

  • The U.S. Division, led by a U.S. military veteran, focuses on performance supplements, gym wear, and the War Ecstasy streetwear line.

  • The Italian Division, directed by an Italian designer, produces fashion collections, artisan epoxy tables, and original art pieces under the Cavalieri and Fine Art Collections.

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Clothing Collections: Cavalieri & War Ecstasy

You may return items from our fashion collections within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • After inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Collections Covered:

  • Cavalieri – Designed in Milan; refined, tailored fashion rooted in Italian minimalism.

  • War Ecstasy – Rugged, athletic streetwear designed in the U.S. for performance and identity.

2. Supplements (War Ecstasy Performance Line)

Our performance supplements are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of delivery under the following terms:

  • Must be unopened and sealed in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund upon inspection.


3. Epoxy Tables (Italian Division)

Due to the bespoke nature and material costs, epoxy tables are only eligible for return if damaged in transit. We do not offer returns for aesthetic concerns or buyer’s remorse.

Return conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo documentation is required.

  • If a return is authorized, a 50% store credit will be issued.

  • Customers must arrange and pay for secure return shipping.

Store credit does not expire and is valid toward any product across our catalog.


4. Art Collection (Italian Division)

All original artwork — including prints, canvas pieces, mixed media, or framed works — is final sale and non-refundable.

This policy is in place for the following reasons:

  • Art pieces are shipped in reinforced, protective packaging to prevent any risk of damage.

  • Every piece is carefully inspected and documented before shipment.

  • We are confident in the condition, quality, and protection of the art you receive.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit requests for any art purchase.


5. General Provisions

  • All returns must be pre-authorized via our customer service team.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds and credits are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Store credit vouchers (epoxy tables) are non-transferable and valid indefinitely.

  • American Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above criteria.
